Cheri and her husband began collecting vintage furniture, art and decor while they were dating and living in Los Angeles, California.  After relocating to Chicago - during various home remodels - she developed a passion for sourcing unique and beautiful vintage furniture and restoring the pieces with new upholstery and paint.  After a long career in technology and IT consulting, along with raising a family, Cheri decided to pursue her passions in furniture restoration and design by
starting a small bespoke company that focuses on maintaining the beauty of many American-made furniture designs including Henry Link, Dixie, White Furniture Co., Henredon, Thomasville, and Lane Furniture Co. ~ just to name a few.  Sustainability is the name of the game ~ and restoring these lovely pieces with fresh paint or stain, upholstery, and new hardware ~ brings a fresh and modern nuance for her customers and their homes. A native of Tucson, Arizona, she lives in Chicago with her husband and family, and their dog, Howie.
